Phone Interview, was nice and relaxed and asked your average interview questions as well as how you'd fit the company and it's values. Was also asked if i wanted to be considered for their other roles with different hours.

asked me questions via phone call, including questions on my cv, why i chose to apply, previous experience, what i know of the shop, what hobbies i have out of work and general questions about myself. asked for examples of when i’ve experienced good customer service and when i’ve given good customer service
it was easy, friendly asks general q's about store and your self to answer they ask you what your favourite aspect of store is and what category, clothing, home and jewellery

They also have you doing a practical task, where you were in the store and had to interact with customers.
