I had an interview with HR and the CEO before being presented with a job offer the next day. They also asked me to come in person as a contractor to something they were doing a couple days later and asked my price. I worked for them (deathly ill but didn’t want to disappoint), met the team, and Monday received an email that they no longer have a need for the position they hired me for. I asked to hop on a call and nothing. The way they hire in a day, accepted my salary negotiation of a 10k increase in minutes like it was nothing, and then quickly go back on it has me questioning what the goal here is. Still have not heard about payment for the weekend work.
