I applied for the position in the initial days of February and interviewed for final round by the end of march. However, Despite following up via email, I haven't received any update regarding the outcome (Positive/Negative)- even after a month especially after going through with the final round of interview. As a candidate who put time and effort into doing the assignment and attending the interviews, the lack of closure and communication afterwards felt unprofessional. A simple update would have gone a long way in showing respect for the applicants.
