I applied online. A day later I was called on my cell phone asking to come in for an interview. When I got there I was nervous but when I saw the group the tension was lifted. Basically the interview was very laid back. Basically volunteer and participate. It shows that you can be social and interactive with customers.

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
