Submitted application online on a Thursday, then got a call from the manager on the following Sunday requesting to set up an interview the following week. I had gotten to the store 15 minutes early and was told to walk around the store and the manager would come and find me when he was ready. I eventually meet him and we go to the back room. He seemed very distracted and made it seem like he did not want to be there interviewing me at all. It was very rude, in my opinion, how he kept on looking at his computer when I was answering his questions. He also could not sit still. There was a total of like 6 questions and then he asked me if I had any questions for him. Once done with that, he said I'd have an answer within 7 days whether by email or phone. The interview was completed... he didn't even escort me out of the back room, so I had to find my way back. I got a little lost because I was really nervous when we were walking into his office and wasn't paying much attention to all the turns we made. All in all, the interview lasted less than 15 minutes, but that's kind of pushing it, probably more like 10. The next day I got an email saying I did not get the job.
