Applied online. Called for interview. Interviewed with Training Manager, Operations manager and General manager. Basic questions and information on myself, my education and career goals. Hiring process has changed since i was hired in 2012.

Tell me about a time where you worked to overcome an unexpected obstacle.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
