Group interview. All college kids. Apparently they only hire kids with little to no retail experience and and are only applying for summer/school break temp employment. The manager who ran the interview was in her 20's. Held the interview on a Wednesday and said she would call everyone the following Monday. I never received a call. I have xlgreat credentials and sales experience and would have been an asset, especially regarding customer service and cleaning up the messy racks and piled of clothing on tables. It's a shame as I liked the idea of working for a store like old navy that offers a line of clothing for a wide range of customers. All I can say is I found the interview process childish and unprofessional - rating off pieces of toilet paper for each question asked?! The students interviewing with me were equally uncomfortable, but they stand a chance of getting hired just got being youngsters
