Process consisted of 5 rounds. Round 1 was a 1 on 1 video call interview with HR rep from Olam India, round 2 consisted of the completion of numerical, verbal and logical reasoning tests, round 3 consisted of a group panel interview with business operation heads in the West Africa cluster, round 4 consisted of a group panel interview with the HR leadership at head office level and the final round consisted of a case study review session with the same HR leadership panel from round 4.
