2: Pure ds/algo round leetcode easy medium will work
3: Design round: i was asked to do hld for communication service, a sort of centralized notification service
4: Hiring manager round: questions about my current project , modification and scalability related questions on my current project, one easy ds question. Behavioral questions like strength and weakness. Don't take it lightly.

Applied for SDE3 role through their career website of the company
- Recruiter reached out to me in next days and first round of interview was scheduled.
- First round was scheduled for 1 hour which was supposed to be DS
- Interviewer was not trained to take an interview and seemed to be too arrogant
- He give a system design question for the flow which he have worked in the industry for many years and expecting me to come up with same solution in 45 -50 mins.
- Then he asked me the other design question.
- Asked unnecessary question to prove me wrong .
On giving correct answers he changed question and assumptions and extended interview to 1hour 30 mins.
I understood that he just want me to prove wrong so I have to cut the call telling that I have another meeting.
I dont understant why these big companies cant invest in training on how to take interviews

It was not a great experience overall.
I'm writing this feedback in the hope that Ola introduces some professional behaviour in their recruitment process so that interview candidates become ambassadors of Ola, instead of having left with a bad experience.
I interviewed with Ola in Nov 2019, in a hiring drive conducted at Delhi for SDE 3. They informed me that I was shortlisted and that I would be contacted in the following week for further discussion with the would-be reporting manager.
I received the mail from the HR asking for my previous job documents without any discussions. There has NOT been any communication from Ola Team even after multiple followup mails. They just went silent. Feeling no obligation to even formally conclude the discussion, let alone concluding the hiring process.
Frankly, I'm glad the process terminated and I got to experience the not so great culture of Ola. Because, I surely would have regretted my decision, had it been uncovered to me after me joining your team.
I hope that the Ola team would take this feedback positively and would surely improve its culture.
