The job title was "Scrum Program Manager". I applied to this position considering a Program Manager position. Though the JD had almost all the responsibility of Scrum Lead. I got the invitation for the first HR telephonic interview. The HR initiated the interview by saying that she thought I am overqualified and if I have any questions about the role. So I clarified whether it is Scrum Lead/Master role or Program Manager role. The HR said it's Scrum Master role but she changed the title of the position. Later she asked me to refer to the career section of Okta and apply for a relevant position I would not expect such window dressing from a recruiter of company like Okta. Very unprofessional and unethical to get more candidates for interviews.
