Der ganze Vorstellungsprozess war transparent und strukturiert. Im ersten Schritt spricht man mit dem Recruiter, in den weiteren mit potenziellen Kollegen und Vorgesetzten. Ich habe mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

1st round - behavioural 2nd round - something about yourself, deal analysis, and 60 day success plan Overall this is a standard sales interview. They are trying to determine if you have enough sales experience/sales chops to close more complex deals. In the Mid-Market segment is truly a balanced book of business so you need to be able to prospect and close small deals (run-rate) and you need to be able to handle larger, more complex and multi-threaded opportunities

- Tell us about a time you learned from a lost deal
I met with recruiter then met with a hiring manager and a vp of sales.
I was told by recruiter that they were hiring across many different zones and managers, but i only spoke with one hiring manager. He was unprepared and in general didn't seem to understand my background at all, despite me explaining to him several times.
I only spoke with the most incompetent manager they have,and never got a chance to interview with other managers who maybe would have given me a shot.
Really bad experience and maybe a good thing since doesnt seem like a strong culture at Okta
