This company goes through staffing agencies for entry-level positions. I was asked to come in for a "working interview" and was shown the work one afternoon and evaluated on whether I could do it or not. Since this position mostly is in charge of making scanned copies and formatting them, it was a pretty simple test. They really appreciate positive attitudes and advance quickly. But this job can be very repetitive and monotonous.
