If you’re considering applying here, brace yourself for one of the most disorganized and disrespectful hiring processes imaginable.
I went through multiple interviews, a facility tour, and even a team lunch — which I was told was the “final step” in their process. I live an hour away, so every visit cost me real time and money. Weeks of silence followed, during which I had to call the front desk just to get the recruiter to acknowledge my emails or pick up the phone. That alone should’ve been a red flag.
Then I found out they apparently reopened the position right after my lunch interview, which makes their talk about “final steps” feel like a bait-and-switch. And to cap it off, they rejected me on the very last day of their self-imposed timeline, at the very end of the day. Not for an offer, not for feedback, just a lazy “we won’t be moving forward.” If I wasn’t their pick, why drag it out like a cruel waiting game?
The whole experience was insulting. Instead of professionalism, I got smoke and mirrors. Their HR department operates more like a circus, stalling, dodging, and stringing candidates along for sport.
