On the initial phone screener, the recruiter spoke for 80% of the time and barely left any room to learn about my career. At the end of the call, the recruiter said he thinks I am an "ideal fit" and the next step would be for me to speak with the hiring manager. He then went out of his way to joke, "You'll definitely be hearing back; we won't ghost you." If you've read the other reviews on Glassdoor, you can guess what happened next: I never heard back from him or anybody else at the company.
