Group interview, HR interview. Took 2 weeks to get hired. Overall, interview process was easy. Very confident after interview. Manager made me feel very comfortable.

First, I was interviewed by a professional and personable woman who works in the H.R. Department at Marion General Hospital. She went over the paperwork and explained all of the benefits in a very concise manner. She handed me a folder with all the information we had just gone over, and advised me that I would need to fill out the paperwork and keep it handy in the case that I was chosen for that position. Next, she made me aware that the supervisor who would be hiring for this position, would be interviewing me in another room. The supervisor is from Columbus and travels to various OhioHealth facilities for the interviews. When brought to another room to interview with the supervisor (Melanie), the difference between the two ladies was night and day. I was surprised someone in this position was incredibly unprofessional. She sporadically went between looking around the room and rolling her eyes while talking, to talking to my breasts. I have never been more uncomfortable during an interview. She said she would be in touch with me by the end of the week. It has been almost three months and I have heard absolutely nothing; no letter, no e-mail, and no phone call. There was no test of any kind.
