The hiring processes spanned over two months. I applied and a recruiter reached out to me a month later. She then forwarded my information to the hiring manager who I interviewed with a week later. I then interviewed with 3 people I would be working closely with in the role. The first two interviews were very laid back and conversational, but the last one was intense. In my opinion, it was little too intense and in-depth for the position level. Afterwards, I was told that someone would follow up with me regarding the position. That was four weeks ago. I had to discover that I was not selected for the position by scrolling past a re-post of the job description on Linkedin and proceeding to my candidate portal to confirm. I have still not received a call or even a simple rejection email. Very unprofessional.
