Entrevista
I met with a couple of creatives in a small room by the front lobby. Was pretty easy going. Then, I think it was the following day, I met with Joe Sciarrotta. He respects people who respect good work. He's very old school. As long as you have a good knowledge of award winning work and maybe have a couple of mutual friends you'll hit it off.
Standard interview process and was asked to do a creative test. The time in between first and last interview was pretty lengthy but easy enough to follow up with HR.

It's been a pleasure, the cd's were super welcoming and open, we went through the agency way of working with only a few questions on my Folio and approach to work, they asked if I was opening to relocation because they don't do remote.

The interview process was simple. The Creative Director was friendly and nice to speak with. She made me meet the ECD as well. And the process lasted for 2 hours. They were very nice people and made me feel welcome.
