Explain their strengths. (E.g. The candidate demonstrated excellent communication skills. They were courteous and respectful. They showed good knowledge of our industry. They shared our passion for [insert relevant detail].)
Explain why they weren’t a good fit for the company or talk about areas where they can improve. (E.g. They weren’t able to show us they had the required level of experience. Their CV led us to believe they had led a large team but during the interview, we discovered that they had only led a team of two people. They appeared to lack these skills which are part of the job requirement).
I submitted my CV together with my portfolio as part of the job application process. After that, I waited for an interview invitation email. Following the interview, I was required to complete an assessment as the next stage of the recruitment process.
It was a three steps interview process, first I talked with HR, then had an interview with the specific team that was hiring and at last a review of a practical exercise

Entrevista
I applied through LinkedIn, and some weeks later HR reached through a quick phone call (lasting for around ten/15 mins). 1st interview with 2 creative directors, final interview with managers. Final call with HR + accepting the offer.
