Formal - two people in room asked mix of personal and industry specific questions. Lots of emphisis on industry knowledge and what motivated me. Not much on agency output and culture. Came back for another interview with more senior agency members. No presentation required - offer made immediately.

Overall positive, the interviews were helpful to understand about the work and culture better. HR and recruiting managers are pretty responsive and transparent with the processes. No unreasonable tasks required :)
