A friend connected me to someone at Ogilvy. I met with them and kept in touch until a role opened up I came in for a formal interview. I met with HR and various team leaders, questions spanned brand strategy but also personal interests. They seemed to value both skills and cultural fit

Meet different strategic leads you'd either report to or work with. Then more specific account or other leads within the specific account or team. No task given, but sharing of existing work or case studies always handy. Follow ups appreciated.

Entrevista
Typical HR phone screening interview, followed by individual interviews with the hiring manager and two other team members. The conversations were more around background and what skills I would bring to the team. Felt like it took a rather long time to get feedback about next steps.
