I applied, they called two weeks later. I had a one hour phone interview. They then called me two weeks later to let me know they offered the position to some one else. Oh well life goes on.
Not good, very bad would not recommend working there. Did not ask any relevant questions pertaining to the role. Instead they just talked about school supplies, and how they were losing money.
It was an interview process, I completed the process as I was expected to and answered the questions they asked. It was as you would expect from a company like this.
Recruiter and VP interview. Was interviewed by a recruiter. Then by DSM and HR and finally VP of the company. Interviews were framed in a friendly manner and it was more a conversation.
