They posted an ad on craigslist. Phone interview with HR Manager and then in person interview with HR Manager. She said I would move to the next round with the VP but then she never replied to my follow ups. It seems they have no idea what they want from this new position - so possibly dodged a bad opportunity. Their only expectation for the position is that this role with help to automate things so they can get rid of 5-6 sales positions including their VP in the next year or so.
