Phone Interview, then in person interview with the manager/ panel of salespeople and designers. The manager who interviewed me was not even manager when I was hired 30 days later.

This was a long process, with multiple interviews. It was very hard to read the interviewer to understand if the decision was being delayed or if they were being indecisive.
