Industry standard interview process with a twist. First step is a short introduction to the company. Second step is finishing a take home assessment. After this you'll have a meeting where your assessment is reviewed with a couple of the team. Next up is the simulation day where you get to meet up with the team and do some pair programming on some real life problems. Really awesome concept where you get to see how the team tackles problems and you get a good feel for the work environment.
