A multi-stage interview process. Firstly with HR, then followed by a chat with the technical manager, then a technical interview with the developers, followed by a final interview with the CTO.

What was one of the most difficult challenges you had to deal with, and how did you overcome it?

Entrevista
The first two interviews were fine, both the HR and Tschnicla manager were pleasant and gave a good overview of the company. I was then asked to do a technical test, which I did and submitted.
The third interview was quite strange as the technical test was just ignored, seemingly it wasn't even reviewed. Developers spend time on these tests so it's expected that at least they'd be reviewed and some (basic) feedback given.
Instead the interview was just a rapid fire of questions by one of their developers about PHP 8 in a rather unfriendly way and seemingly didn't understand my answers. At times during the call he'd disappear or have Internet issues.
Really didn't seem professional at all.
