First round was online aptitude test. Second round was basic programming. third was technical round . Fourth was hr Fifth was technical again. Selected ones have to appear at bangalore for three more rounds. Selection process is too gruelling for such a small company which doesnt go outside the leasing software. No scope for learning. Such a waste of time. Not worth the job.
