There are 3 steps of interview processes. First just a chat with stupid recruiter, second a chat with business sector guy and third technical interview with engineering team. Technical interview was very great. The task they gave me was all make-sense, and people are not the smartest guys but they were kind and good at discussion. But the interview with business-focused guy looks pretty much useless, as that guy is even not prepared on what he will investigate to me. And the worst is the recruiter. She is definitely dumb-shit about technology, but very much pretentious on technology stuffs as if she knows all and as if she can dominate the interview process. I have had interview a lot in Norway, but I have never ever met that kind of arrogant and ridiculous one before.

Intransparent and very long hiring process! All meetings went fine, also the technical interview. I got positive feedback from internal recruitment but somehow they never gave me an offer. This leads me to believe that Oda is not transparent enough during the entire hiring process.
