Very smooth and incredibly friendly process. Only slight hiccup, which is expected due to the size of the organisation, was the time taken from initial enquiry to in person interview was about 3 weeks. Over the phone interview followed by a in person interview at the office. Everyone in the office was great and accommodating. Friendly and inviting vibe across all the staff.
