Applied for Driver/Warehouse role, initially had a phone call a while back for a different role and had to push this through via email with recruiter. Invited to attend assesment that involved a 1-2-1 interview, group session, compliance test and driving assesment. Whole process took around 1-2 weeks and was offered a different role due to work history.
