Originally contacted by phone to establish interest in role, then a 1:1 interview by video. Verbal and numerical tests followed by a three hour Discovery Day which was a mixture of workshops, Q&A and another 1:1 interview (again all by video) and finally another 1:1 interview by the relevant office and job offer.

Took about a month, from first interview to last stage. Was a draining experience as felt like a part time job in its self. Unfortunately didn’t get offered the job, wouldn’t have felt so bad if I didn’t get so far into the process. I understand they wanted the right candidate but to get to a stage 6 roughly of an interview process to say no felt disheartening.

Long interview process. Was done over a few different days. It was a good experience but I just thought it didn’t need to be so long winded considering the salary and job role. However seems like a great company to work for.
