30 minute interview with recruiter, then a second interview with the team if you are successful. Recruiter interview was pretty informal, standard questions about holiday, hours, what attracted you to octopus etc. Asked me to describe the role which I thought was weird because that's normally what the interviewer does.

I was offered a half hour interview online, after a task where I responded to a customers enquiry. The interview itself felt quite relaxed, although I was thrown off by their 'ice-breaker' questions.
