There was 2 meetings with the owner of the company for a full time job as web developer. The first meeting was mostly general talking about how much I like technology, internet and what I want to comment about my portfolio. Also they give me some websites to criticize. ( I answered mostly that I like the design of the websites). Then he give me a small project to create in seven days and send it with email (constructing a simple website with basic design, but with valid code). The second meetings was 3 hours and ask me to write a small web application in php (something like a simple shopping cart). The owner was friendly and well knower of the technology and web programming. He asked me questions about basic web tools like, html, css, php, mysql and tells me that he don’t want from me to know excellent everything. If I don’t know something I can tell it and it will be a good opportunity for me to learn new thinks. In general I think it was a good interview experience
