Had to submit cover letter, CV and complete an application question. First stage interview was with peers that I would work with. I thought was a great approach and not something I had seen before. Second stage with line manager and another colleague at the same level. Process also included a psychometric test.

A 1 hour interview on competency based questions asking how I would go about doing aspects of the role and other soft skills such as communication and time management. Time for questions at the end about working at Octavia.
