Got a call back months after application. Most apply for Medical Screener but get assigned to to other positions. Be firm and don't except this, Medical Screener is the most ideal and is the most favored area by management.
Interview is simple and usually there is only one. There is a drug test prior to offer. There is minor room for advancement but not much. Keep in mind this is a high stress, high turnover industry. However it is a source of income and it is a medically related job. They also provide tours of the facility and everyone gets one, so it's not always a sure sign of an offer.

Interview went very well..felt like having a conversation with someone I knew. Basically I was very confident in telling what I could bring to the team, being a team player + leader, very personable, etc

It was very comfortable. The managers were friendly and informative. The process went smoothly. I was offered a job right away and was able to begin training immediately which happens to be 2 weeks.

The interview process was very straightforward. I came prepared to answer the usual questions, but the center director formatted the interview as more of a conversation. Definitely be prepared to talk about yourself, your aspirations, and your expectations. Most of the interview after I shared this was me asking questions - something I was very grateful for, as I value having all the details. If you excel in professional communication, this will not be a difficult interview for you, but definitely don't forget to do your research about the company and the position!
