A very different experience. The interview started out fine. I was being asked the regular questions and got the company presented to me. We decided I should move forward in the process and do a case study. The final question was about the salary. I stated a regular salary level on the low end + pension. When I mention pension the interviewee saw red. He said we don't have that. I said maybe they could compensate salarywise. The answer was "no" and "goodbye" and I was being thrown off the call. He just shut doen the whole process imediately. I have never experienced anything similar. Afterwards I am very happy I did not move forward with a case study because I can not imagine how they treat their employees when doing like this in a job interview. Shutting people down linke this in an interview because of asking for regular Danish pension is not normal.
