They asked me about my knowledge of different types of science, including basic biology, genetics, and laboratory techniques. They asked me to run a PCR experiment to assess my pipeting accuracy, lab math, and PCR skills. I got to meet the other scientists there (many have AS and BS degrees in biotech or Biology, and a few PhDs), tour the labs, and talk with the owner, who is himself a PhD scientist and very smart.
