There were three "rounds" in the process. The first was a 10-minute screening/initial phone call. Then an in-person interview that lasted quite a while. Third round interview required an excel test taken prior to the interview. The actual interview was with two people and then I met the team I was to be working with, took over 2 hours. I wish I was given more reason for my rejection since I spent well over 3 entire hours interviewing throughout this process.
