I was retained after subcontracting for 15 years. The interview consisted of presenting me with a benefits package. I could either accept or decline. Acceptance meant I still had a job. If I declined it meant I could no longer work there as a subcontractor

It has 4 step process, the last 3 are technical, final one is on-site. I made it to the final round. The interview process was smooth, but their dilemma in the decision-making process I didn't like.
