Forth Round: - HR interview including soft skills, your previous experiences, some samples of your problems in work and your attitude to resolve the problems,... After all this, they gave me a feedback after 5 days. I enjoyed the interview process throughout. Learned a lot throughout and would use this learning somewhere else now :) Cheers
