- Behavioral with a Team Lead
The interview took 3 weeks, got feedback that I didn't perform up to expectation, I got a lower role but passed on it.

Initial call with the recruiter who out me forward
3 stage process. Initial interview which was just generic questions and background, followed by a technical solution followed up by final interview.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ocado (Hatfield, East of England, England (UK)) in January 2019.
Step 1: online remote test.
In Ocado candidates are shown the CFC by a tour.
Step 2: pair programming interview in Ocado ,Hatfield.

Step 1: online remote test. 1 codility code test using collection and Stream.
Step 2: pair programming interview. It takes 2 to 3 hours to write code in a maven App.
Then, a team leader will ask some questions for performance.
