Entrevista
I received an email requesting an interview over the phone. I conducted 3 phone interviews and 5 skills/aptitude tests before meeting someone in person. I was interviewed by two individuals, neither of which would be related to the role or much interaction with whomever was hired. Each interview was about 7-10 days apart.

The questioning was not necessarily difficult. Each person focused on my resume and experience. asking detailed questions about my previous positions.

1. Computer literacy test via a third party supplier
2. Telephone screening with a recruiter
3. Skills assessment in the form of a series of case studies.
4. Telephone interview with the hiring regional manager
5. Telephone interview with the Department Manager
6. Telephone interview with other regional manager.
The whole process went as expected except for a small blip where the recruiter emailed me the hiring manager interview questions instead of the written case study form. This was until I had the conversation with the Departmental Manager who was aggressive and unpleasant. She explained that this role was nothing like that of other consultant's and that people who enjoyed those positions were not suitable for this role. Entire interview lasted 14 minutes.
After the conversation with the departmental manager, I followed up with the recruiter to be sent a stock 'Thank you for applying but...' email. Requests for feedback went unanswered, despite other recruiters taking a message with promises the call would be returned.
