The interview was great, the interviewee and myself had so much in common. She understood what i was trying to say and what i can do to make oasis a more fun experience. Lots of smiles and comfortable position, didn't take much to relax and ease of the tension. I really had an awesome time in the interview, actually it wasn't a interview at all just a friendly conversation.
