Received an e-mail to set up a call with HR within a few days of submitting the application. The interview with HR was strange since she did not really understand the role or the position I applied for. When I asked questions about it, she just stated that she will set up a call with the Director of the department and I can discuss with him. My call with the Director was set for a week later. During the interview it seemed like he did not review my resume and was going through it for the first time during our call. He stated they are still defining the role of the position I applied for. It was honestly an unstructured interview. The philosophy and value based model Oak Street is going toward is great, however.

Super communicative throughout the whole process. Never waited more than a day for a response or update which eased any and all stressors. Case was extremely straightforward - 2 hours felt fast but actually was very efficient and kept the case from adding a new job to my life.
