Initial conversation with a recruiter followed by a poorly worded take home assignment. After submission, got a rejection from the company. Asked for feedback on the assessment but none given. I have no idea what they're expecting and feedback would have been nice.

Entrevista
The entire interview process was totally unorganized and messed up. I finished on time and satisfy all the requirements. However, later I was told the position was closed. If the company didn’t prepare for hiring a position, why even at the beginning to post it. This only proves they have no respect on candidates’ time and effort. Also, how they are messed up on management and everything. Follow up: Later I asked if the team could share any feedback on the assignment. They made up that I failed to submit one part which apparently I did submit. This conduct shows another side of this company. No honesty. No transparency. Steer away from this place. They’re not deserved your efforts and valuable time.
