Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en OVO (Bristol, Inglaterra) en oct 2017
Entrevista
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. 2 interviews each one was very relaxed.
A couple of skills tests which were more stressful. The questions were as you'd expect, why you wanted to work there, your overall aims and examples of good customer service.

Entrevista
15 minute phone interview where I was then invited to come in for a short presentation, interview, roleplay and written exercise. Interviewer was very friendly, asked me about 10 questions relating to my experience, why I want the job, past achievements and hypothetical scenarios. Role play consisted of studying a fact sheet and using that information when dealing with two "phone calls", one being nice and the other frustrated and angry. Written exercise consisted of writing an email to the last "caller".

- face to face interview at recruitment agency (Red); standard interview questions, discussed CV, discussed job role and the ideal candidate.
- group interview morning at OVO:
--- brief introduction to the company
--- one-to-one interview (standard interview questions, discussed CV, more info about the job, slightly more in depth than recruiter interview)
--- one-to-one roleplay (given a factsheet to look at for ~20mins, told that we would deal with one 'angry' and one 'sad' customer, interviewer looking for the phone manner and reaction to situation, use of information not that important).
--- written exercise (given a task i.e. write a short paragraph about the pros and cons of solar energy, with specific conditions (must use three sources, must write in prose) and given ipads for research)
