Was initially contacted by Otis HR and had exploratory conversation.Had multiple rounds of interviews with 8 different people for Associate Director position. Hiring senior executive did not turn up for scheduled interview. Was first told I will receive offer, later informed w/o explanation that there is no offer! Unprofessional!

Extremely professional and structured. Very detailed with emphasis on hearing about my past experiences of managing a region. Was given ample time to articulate about my achievements and how I did manage challenges.
