i went to the job fair because i was referred and it was easy. they will only hire good looking people so if you don't meet their standards, you will not get interview (they will say they'll get back to you) the HR lady told me to define customer service and after that she said i would get an interview. about 15 minutes later, one of the managers of the restaurants interviewed me.. it wasn't exactly an interview because she was already starting to explain how much i would get paid and how i would need a badge to get past security. at the end of the interview she said she will email me a questionnaire.
