I first got a call from HR and then was called directly for an in-person round that lasted for 45 minutes. There was no assessment or phone interview which was weird to me. The 45 minutes interview round was just about what kind of work I do and what technologies I know. They didn't ask any technical questions. I didn't get any reply for about 4 weeks, after that I got an automated email that they have filled this position.
