BAD EXPERIENCE: Got Selected - Salary negotiation done - after a long wait, they stopped answering my calls - Finally Offer was not released Interview had 2 rounds. 1 with the project lead and the final round with the branch Director. Round - 1 was technical Round - 2 was about overall discussion on my work experience and it was followed by salary negotiation. Also asked about the possibility of me joining in the next 14 days.. Everything went very well in the first week. Post salary negotiation with the Director, HR convinced me to take the offer by explaining me about their company pros. And said they would releasing the offer on Monday but didn't. They kept saying that it'll be done a week or two. After 2 to 3 weeks, they blocked my number and stopped answering my calls. All together I faced WORST EXPERIENCE here. You guys should have openly communicated with me about your inability to release the offer. I wouldn't have waited for 2 to 3 weeks with hope!!!
