The interview was fairly standard as the company has a templated process. (Tell us about yourself.. Why this company? What are your strengths, weaknesses etc.? Behavioural/Situational Questions) What differed was that the interview was conducted in French and English, alternating each question in both languages. They also requested I respond to an e-mail in French to display my written French abilities.
